Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at admin@deshroot.com or +91 96544 62860.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch incur no charges.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective item received.
• Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).
• Missing items in the package.

How to raise a return request:
Email admin@deshroot.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Returns raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when raising the request.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Perishable or consumable products.
• Customised or personalised items made to order.
• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
